Rebekah lost her first tooth this afternoon and today was circus day at preschool, so I have a toothless lion! And also a happy clown.

Dentist visit!

Rebekah did great at her dentist appointment this morning showing off her super "wiggly waggly" loose teeth. Kimberly took a bit more convincing, but we got there.

Anniversary Backpacking

We took just Kimberly & Rebekah with us to do some hiking and camping for our 10-year anniversary.
Ready to go at the trailhead.
Our hiking brigade
At a fork in the trail, they couldn't agree on which way to go, so we hiked a little of each path.
There was still some snow on the upper elevations of the trails.
Lots of log bridges to cross as we hiked back and forth along the Greenwater River.
Marty and Bekah hiking along the left side of the river - they look so small!!

Silly November

Kimberly & Rebekah did fruits & veggies at preschool this week, so they came home with placemats of nutrition on Friday.

The girls also got to wear Daddy's headgear before his Tae Kwon Do sparring tournament last weekend.

November already?!

Rebekah's version of the State of Washington (see Kimberly's caption for the list of features)
And Kimberly's! There's a Space Needle, Mt. Rainier, Mt. St. Helens, river with salmon, red apples, and wheat fields.
Pumpkin Carving Night at school was for the dads. This was Kimberly's Daddy poster.
And Bekah's Daddy poster
We took a day trip down to Mt. Rainier today since Bekah asked to go see it this morning and the weather was perfect for the outing.

Part of our hike took us along the PCT

Lots of icicles!
Beautiful views of Mt. Rainier!!
Tipsoo Lake frozen in the foreground and Naches Peak rising above.
